On My Plate…
I have truly been enjoying my experiments in the kitchen as I have cooked my way through Scotland and now North Africa. It has given me more appreciation for the gift of food and for the connection it provides. It’s reminded me of a really great quote I recently came across from chef and restaurateur, Guy Fieri:
So, this month, instead of a recipe, I’ve created a fun personality quiz called What Type of Foodie Are You? that is free for all members of The Table! It is my hope that it sparks up a love of cuisine and connection in you just as this project has in me!

I have followed Hillary for a while on social media, and I have learned so much from her about the human body and its responses to stress, trauma, joy and more. I’m loving her new book, The Wisdom of Your Body, especially because she includes prompts and activities to help make what you’re reading come alive. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to learn more about embodiment. What about you? What are you reading these days?
