All of life is cycles: the seasons. A woman’s reproductive system. The phases of the moon. Life stages. These all hold an ancient wisdom in their rhythms that we have the capacity to tap into. Since beginning to track cycles, I understand myself better. I’m less stressed because I’m working with my body instead of against it. My spiritual life has become deeper and richer. 

And all of this is available for you, too. 

In January, I’m going to be offering a four-week class all about cycles. New content will be released weekly, so you are able to go through it at your own pace and can revisit it anytime. The course will explore different cycles and how they affect us, as well as giving practical ideas how to tap into each season of the cycle.
